Insurance: Coastal Hand and Occupational Therapy accepts most major insurances, including Aetna, Blue Shield PPO, Blue Cross PPO, Medicare, Tricare, and many more. Please call us for a complete list or to find out if we accept your insurance. We are also providers for Workers Compensation and CenCal.
Authorizations: Please bring proof of insurance such as your insurance card to your first appointment along with any insurance claim forms we may need. As a courtesy, our office will submit for authorization and bill you insurance company. If you have private insurance, we recommend that you check with your insurance company as well to make sure we are preferred providers.
Payments: Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service.
Cancellations: If you are unable to make your appointment, you are expected to contact our office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to notify us may result in a $45 "no show" fee.
